Digital products & refunds — BondVerse sells digital ebooks that are delivered instantly by email after checkout. Because the complete file is delivered immediately, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds for change of mind. If your download link does not arrive, the file will not open, or you were charged twice, contact us within 14 days of your order with your order number and we will resend your file or fix the problem. If we cannot deliver your book at all, we will refund you in full. Nothing in this policy removes any rights you have under the law that applies to you.
